AxisPanel Let members message your staff privately through the bot.
Set it up
- Make a category for mod mail and a staff role that can see it.
- Pick them here, optionally add a transcript channel, and switch it on.
- Tell your members to send the bot a direct message.
How it works
When someone DMs the bot, a private channel opens for your staff and their message appears there. Anything staff type in that channel is sent back to the member. Start a message with // to keep it between staff. Press Close to end the conversation: the member is told, a transcript goes to your log channel, and the channel is deleted.
If a member is in several servers that use mod mail, the bot asks which one they mean.
Good to know
The bot needs the Manage Channels permission. Members must allow direct messages from the server to get replies.
Tip
You can switch Mod Mail on or off any time from Modules in the panel. Switching a module off never deletes your settings, and open conversations keep working until they are closed.
